All items are subject to stock availability. Available items will ship within 1-5 days after your order is received, and any items on backorder will ship at a later time as explained during the order process and/or in your order confirmation email. If you pay by credit, debit or store card we will not charge you for products which are on backorder until they ship. When your package is delivered, your invoice will display which items have shipped and which, if any, items may be on backorder.


You will be able to make changes to your order before you press the button for us to process your credit card information on the checkout section.


All prices are exclusive of shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the shipping charge and sales tax (if applicable). You will be able to see the shipping and sales tax charges (if applicable) before placing your order.

If we discover there is a pricing error on our website or on your order, we will normally, at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time.


We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit and Charge Cards. We also accept payment by direct debit and other alternative payment formats. By submitting an order to us through our website, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. We will not charge your credit, debit or store card until we ship your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will be able to go to your account on our website www.JuvenileSkin.com and get the tracking number for your order. You can also contact us to support@JuvenileSkin.com for any questions about your order.


If you wish to return a product, please take the first step by filling out the Product Returns Form. You can access to this form by pressing the Returns link located at the bottom of the home page of our website.

After you fill out the Product Returns Form, you will receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and instructions for the return.

Returns will be valid only within 30 days from shipping date.

To receive a full refund of the product cost, the product returned must be sealed and with his original packaging intact. Shipping costs are not refundable. If product is defective in any way, you will still receive an RMA number to return the product and we will send you back a replacement at no cost and our company will be responsible for shipping costs for this replacement.

Our company reserves the right to give the customer a partial refund as needed after evaluating the condition of the product returned but we do not guarantee a full refund of the order if there are signs that the product had been used. We reserve the rights to give or not any refund or replacement.
